Can the work have been published years ago?
I asked whether my entry could have been published years ago – but actually, it would be a rewrite of a piece I had published years ago. Is that OK?
As long as the piece is in DIRECT response to one of the four visual prompts – and that response or inspiration is at the CENTER of the story, then a modification of a pre-written story should be ok.

Is this an international competition?
International, as in g–g–g–global (which kind of has a nice ring to it, I think!)
